I've now had a few trips with Caroline, cruises and a trip to New Zealand. Caroline anticipated my every need and made it stress free and fun. I would recommend Hope Again, it was the best medicine!

I would highly recommend Hope Again Team for any NDIS care and support. Our close friend has dementia and needed support. We tried a few different support coordinators and a long list of support workers/carers over the last few years. He did not respond well until (Eli) came on the scene. She has offered great care and support to him where others failed. Now Eli has a team and he loves all her crew. Such a relief to know he is in good hands.

I am grateful that they found you and your team. Phil has always been a great friend to me. I realised how important it is to find the right carers with empathy and dedication.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Eli and her team for over five years now. The support they’ve given me has brought great comfort and truly improved my quality of life. Eli has helped me so much with day-to-day activities, and I’m proud of her , she’s one of the most respected people in my life. I wouldn’t want to be without Hope Again and their team. What I feel I can accomplish with Eli and my support worker Ellie (the other one – haha!) is amazing. Eli is a strong, trustworthy leader, and that strength flows through her whole team. I’m grateful every day.

My first interaction was with Eli, who personally stepped in at the last minute to cover a shift that had been cancelled twice by another provider. In all my years, I had never experienced that level of care and efficiency before. Since then, Rino and Maria have been my regular supports, and every interaction has been professional, caring, and full of positive energy. I have nothing but good things to say about Hope Again and its team. You can trust that they will truly look after you.

My son has schizophrenia, and a few years ago someone recommended Eli from Hope Again. Since then, Eli and her team have been a wonderful support for both him and our family. He’s built a great rapport with Eli, myself, and Jack — one of the team members — which has made a real difference in his life. I’ve been receiving support from Hope Again and their team for over six months now. My main support worker, Gladys, is incredibly kind and truly understands what I go through. Getting older can be so difficult and frustrating at times, but having someone like Gladys by my side makes it all feel a little lighter. She brings compassion, patience, and warmth into every visit — and that makes such a difference.

Gladys is part of the Hope Again team in Melbourne. I truly hope they continue to grow here — we need more people like them: compassionate, caring, and genuinely invested in helping us live with dignity and joy.

From the Heart

Hope Again is aptly named, because they have indeed given my family hope again.

Eli and her team are an absolute blessing and the only joy and support that we have found navigating a very difficult time for our elderly mum. Prior to finding Eli and the Hope Again team, we could not source help from any government agency or community care group. Even our requests to be considered in the future were met with little hope. From the minute I was introduced to Eli I felt relief, trust, understanding and support. Eli personally manages the carers that now visit mum daily and she quality controls the medication distribution, food preparation, cleaning, and social activities. We have a What’s App group that Eli manages, and we get daily updates and photos of what mum is eating, what has been cleaned, what movie was watched or card game played. The carers tell us via What’s App of any food/cleaning items that need replenishing and keep the house clean and tidy. Mum put on 2kg in the first two weeks of their support. Daily panic attack phone calls are a thing of the past , and we no longer pay a cleaner. Mum is now accustomed to Heidy and Maria’s daily visits, and we can see that she will be able to stay at home now because she has daily support. We all have hope again. I highly recommend Eli and the Hope Again team. I have already referred friends and medical professionals to them because I trust Eli and her team to deliver caring, respectful, professional service.
